Port St. Lucie Florida Trip

My wife and I will be in Port St. Lucie Florida for a month starting mid February. I have a mobility issue and use a rollator to keep balance (and use as a chair). I cannot walk on uneven terrain, rocks or jetties so the fishing spots have to be easy access spots. Or, if my fishing partner has a watercraft that will accommodate me, I will cover all expenses, gas, bait, etc. Prefer salt water fish. Catch to eat. Sheepshead, Flounder, Redfish, Snook, Cobia, Pompano are all favorites.
